On the projection of agency,
and the discipline of its harness.

The doctrine
Agents are not a new species of actor.
An agent is automated agency — the same legal, fiduciary, and contractual projection a human makes when they press the return key1. The category is old. The acceleration is new.
The work of molt ai corp is to render that projection trustworthy by construction: identified, scoped, witnessed, and admitted before it executes — and recorded after.
We retain ourselves to a single audience: the fiduciary. Counsel, treasurers, custodians, fund administrators, on-chain governance, compliance officers. Anyone who must place their name — or their seal — on what an agent has done.
The three commitments
Contract. Signature. Record.
The contract. Every agent operation declares its precondition, its postcondition, its types in and out, its complexity bound. The compiler2 admits or rejects before any code is written. We call this dialect maiapsl.
The signature. Every agent operates under a revocable, narrowly-scoped mandate granted by a human-in-the-loop through webauthn-bound passkey assent. The mandate is monotonically narrowing. It can be withdrawn. We call this layer maisec.
The record. Every operation is signed, embedded, and indexed in an immutable vector-and-graph ledger of cognition. The record is admissible. It can be produced. We call this substrate maivec.
The atelier
Twelve instruments, one bound volume.
maicraft — the harness, replacing general-purpose coding agents with a fully-steerable, fully-observable operator. maisec — identity. maiapsl — verifiable software. maivec — the ledger. maiforge — capability provisioning. maiprotect — the prompt-injection gateway.
mairch — the orchestrator. maiprovenance — the closed-cipher fabric. maigit — the artifact ledger. maichat — secure messaging. maisipcasts — the signed registry. maigent — the turnkey instance.
Each instrument may be retained singly. The bound volume is offered under engagement.
The ledger, this morning
The engagement
A 120-day fiduciary review, under seal.
Engagements begin with a single instrument — typically maicraft or maisec — under a typed engagement contract. Weekly attestations are delivered to principal and counsel of record. Pricing on application.
